One Triton Square

One Triton Square is located on British Land’s Regent’s Place campus in London’s West End. It was originally designed for British Land in the 1990s by Arup. As the needs of customers have evolved since then, British Land partnered with Arup and Lendlease to transform the building for today’s workstyles.

As part of the regeneration project, the external public realm around the building was also redesigned to suite modern needs. The new public area is an ideal way to get out in the fresh air between work and reset your mind.

The area benefits from an array of lighting fixtures and also hidden power points that allow for all sorts of events to be held with minimal disruption to the area.

MDN UK also designed and installed a brand new distribution system that supplies just the external areas, consisting of a cubicle switch, MCCB panel, two distribution boards for final circuits and a state of the art control system from Simmtronic.
