Greenford Quay sits on the former GlaxoSmithKline and Sunblast bakery sites that were acquired by Greystar Europe Holdings Ltd in January 2016. There vison was to use the 20 acre site to bring a new modern canal-side living space to the heart of Greenford.

Greenford Quay Phase B1 is the first phase of the overall project consisting of a new footbridge over the canal, new block of living space and new public space complete with amphitheatre, main square and water feature. Phase B1 is set to be the bustling hub of the development and has recently won a BALI Principle award for the landscape.

 

MDN UK Ltd works included public power supplies for events, external lighting, CCTV, data systems and public highway lighting.
